Sony George

President and CEO

 

Sony George

Sony sets MindPetal’s vision and long-term goals and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Sony was instrumental in transforming MindPetal from a two-person firm to one of the fastest growing federal technology contractors in the country. Sony has more 20 years of experience providing technical leadership in large-scale system development, legacy systems modernization, cloud migration, and project management. He has architected, designed and managed large-scale software systems, many of which are used nationwide. Prior to founding MindPetal, Sony was a Solution Architect at BAE Systems where he architected and implemented several large, high-visibility projects for the U.S. Small Business Administration, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the General Services Administration.

 

 

 

 

Shankar Pillai

Shankar Pillai

Shankar is responsible for enhancing MindPetal’s corporate capabilities and infrastructure, enabling MindPetal to continue delivering outstanding service to its federal customers as the company experiences rapid growth. In addition, Shankar serves as MindPetal’s acting Vice President for Business Development, developing and leading growth strategies to continue MindPetal’s rapid growth. Shankar previously served for twenty years as President and CEO of OnPoint, a federal technology contractor that was acquired by Sapient in 2014.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mukta Noori

Mukta Noori

Mukta serves as MindPetal’s Chief People Officer and is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at MindPetal. Mukta has more than ten years of HR experience, and previously served as Director of Human Resources for TeleWorld Solutions, a 500+ employee technology company which was acquired by Samsung.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

David Palmer

David Palmer

Dave is one of MindPetal’s original employees and is responsible for contract administration, purchasing, corporate infrastructure (including facilities and systems), and maintaining and promoting MindPetal’s ISO 9001 and CMMI Maturity Level 3 quality programs. Dave has more than 30 years of experience in federal consulting, project management and corporate operations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

William Wilkey

William Wilkey

Bill is responsible for all aspects of service delivery across MindPetal’s portfolio of customers at the US Department of Labor (DOL). Bill brings than 30 years of program and project management experience, having led teams of 200+ at civilian and defense agencies including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and Defense Health Agency (DHA), among others. Bill is also a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jim Benson

Jim

Jim conceives and operationalizes new ideas, products, and technologies into successful lines of business for MindPetal. Jim has more than 30 years of experience identifying new and emerging opportunities, developing business and technology partnerships, setting strategic vision, and directing and building passionate teams. Previously, Jim served as Executive Principal for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Energy Government Technology business. Jim has extensive experience in the federal civilian market where he operationalized several government-wide initiatives such as Benefits.gov, GovLoans.gov and eCPIC.gov. He led the development of the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) technology, service and data reference models and was engaged in dozens of other cross-governmental initiatives.
