Senior Drupal Developer

Job Location : Remote; Washington DC/Vienna VA

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support AWS (and Azure) infrastructure to include administrative activities, such as monitoring jobs, Word Press
software upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance upgrades for all environments, including EC2, RDS, and
other services.
• Verify compatibility checks in lower environments for Drupal modules and/or WordPress plugin updates.
• Perform portal administration tasks, including log monitoring, log archive removal, and memory management.
• Address and resolve operational incidents and alerts using tools, including Cloud Watch.
• Monitor overall Cloud health and identify/address/resolve issues.
• Experience in supporting DevSecOps toolchain and pipeline environments, such as Jira, GitLab, Bitbucket,
Jenkins, SonarQube, WebInspect, Selenium, and Artifactory.
• Supporting cloud improvement and standardization activities using Jira, and Scrum sprints.
• Responsible for helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme. Work
closely with back-end developers and customers to ensure an effective, visually appealing, and intuitive
implementation.
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
• Extremely fluent with HTML5/XHTML, react and CSS.
• Experience working with PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Ability to write JavaScript with and without the use of frameworks such as jQuery.
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes to have consistent style across platforms and browsers.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• At least 3 years of experience in web development, Drupal, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Microsoft Azure, or other public Cloud services with an emphasis on AWS experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in DevOps Engineering.
• At least 1+ Cloud certification at the Associate level or higher in AWS or its Azure equivalent.
• Experience working directly with customers to understand the customer’s Cloud requirements and providing
Cloud infrastructure solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Senior Software Developer

Job Location : Remote; Washington DC/Vienna VA

Position Overview:
As a ServiceNow developer, the candidate will work on developing and configuring ServiceNow

applications and solutions to implement stakeholders’ requirements. The candidate will perform hands-
on design, development, and modification to extend capabilities offered by the ServiceNow platform,

including maintaining and enhancing public-facing websites. Perform customization and configuration,
create scripts, create/update business rules and workflows, perform integration with external systems,
and perform security updates. In addition, develop and manage application code, user interface, and
third-party integration components. Will work directly with agency customers to understand the service
requirements and use best practices and experience to provide solutions that align with government
standards and offerings.
